It Was Always About Race: Immigration

Let’s be real. You can dress it up in legalese, hide it behind “policy,” or slap a flag on it and call it patriotism, but at the end of the day, this has always been about race.

Trump is literally deciding who gets to stay, who gets to thrive, and who gets kicked out, based on skin color.

They’re Deporting People to El Salvador and Refusing to Bring Them Back

Take Kilmar Abrego Garcia. Dude had legal status. He lived in Maryland. He followed the rules. Yet, he was thrown on a plane to El Salvador under an ancient wartime law that Trump decided to dust off. No trial. No process. Just gone.

When it came out, he was deported “by mistake”? Nothing. No effort to bring him back. No apology with action. Just a quiet, “Oh well.”

And when the story finally caught a little media traction, the response wasn’t accountability, it was a smear campaign. Instead of fixing the mistake, they tried to justify it by attacking the man’s character.

Trump even cited a clearly doctored image claiming Kilmar was in a gang, pointing to what he said was a gang tattoo on Kilmar’s hand. But the “evidence” was laughable. I can’t even say it was Photoshopped, because it looked like it was slapped together in Microsoft Paint by someone who just discovered the text tool. It was cheap, desperate, and racist as hell.

So why hasn’t he been brought back? Because if you’re a person of color, your presence here is treated like a privilege, even when it’s a right. And when they mess up, you’re expected to disappear quietly.

White South Africans Get the Welcome Mat

Today is May 12, 2025, and the first group of white South African Afrikaners just touched down in the U.S., with full refugee status, thanks to a special pathway created by Trump.

Refugee status. During an administration that slammed the door on nearly every other group fleeing real persecution, Trump made a special exception for Afrikaners, a white ethnic minority that held power during apartheid.

Let that sink in.

No long vetting process. No UN referral. Just a plane full of white South Africans flown in and welcomed like VIPs. All while Black and Brown migrants—some fleeing gang violence, government collapse, or even literal genocide—are met with barbed wire, cages, and deportation flights.

Where’s the fearmongering now? Where’s the “we need to protect our borders” energy? Oh, right, it doesn’t apply to them because ahem… They’re white.

This isn’t about safety. It’s not about sovereignty. It’s about whiteness.

And for Trump, Afrikaners are just the “right kind of foreigner.” Because to him, diversity is only dangerous when it’s melanin-rich.

Russians Are Having Babies at Trump Hotels

And let’s talk about the Russian birth tourism happening at Trump’s own resorts in Florida. Families fly in, have their babies here, and boom, citizenship. The same guy screaming about “anchor babies” is cashing in on it, as long as the babies come from Moscow, not Muzquiz.

Hypocrisy? Nah, it’s just racism.

Citizens Today, Targets Tomorrow

But here’s where it gets terrifying. Trump isn’t just going after immigrants anymore. He’s floating the idea of deporting U.S. citizens.

Think about that. That’s not “tough on immigration”—that’s fascism. That’s the final stage of scapegoating.

Because once you say citizens can be removed, then nobody’s safe.

It means if you’re poor, Black, Brown, outspoken, or just not part of his base, you’re a threat. It means your rights aren’t protected by law. They’re subject to one man’s mood.

And let’s not pretend we don’t see the pattern. The people being targeted? They aren’t white South Africans. They aren’t Russian birth tourists.

They’re people who look like me. Like you. Like America in full color.

So yeah… It was always about race.

And if we don’t stop this now, it’s not going to stop at the border. We will all be at risk. Proof of Citizenship Not Required.
